1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact service@beoccudo.store for authorization

  2. Wait for return instructions

  3. Package items securely with original packaging

  4. Include completed return form

  5. Ship to provided address

4. Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless return is our error. We recommend tracked shipping with insurance.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds process within 3 CALENDAR DAYS of return approval. Refunds go to original payment method. Allow time for bank processing.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return items and place new order.

7. Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective items. Provide photos. We provide return labels and full refunds.

8. Late Refunds
If refund doesn't appear in 3 days:

9. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items get store credit only.

10. Store Credit
Store credit doesn't expire and is redeemable on our Site.
