Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. Customers must ensure shipping addresses are correct and deliverable.

2. Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required. This includes all handling and processing fees.

3. Processing Time
Orders process within 1-2 business days from order date. This includes payment verification and package preparation. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends process next business day.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery
We primarily use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided via email once orders ship. You can track packages through our website or carrier sites.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Some items have special shipping requirements. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for correct addresses. We are not responsible for packages sent to wrong addresses.

8. Lost Packages
Once marked "delivered," we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact local post office for assistance.

9. Multiple Shipments
Large orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
